Q. Can I get Knot Theory ties from a local store?
Knot Theory is currently sold online only, but we are beginning to look for stockists worldwide.
If you would like to see us in a store near you, please recommend us to the store! Often it only takes 2 or 3 recommendations for a store to stock a new brand. The more stores we reach, the more designs we can release each year!
Q. When will I receive the tie?
Orders are usually shipped in 3 to 5 business days, followed by the delivery timeframe:
International destinations:
Shipped via Small Packets Air - arrive in 6 to 10 business days
U.S. destinations:
Shipped via Small Packets Air - arrive in 4 to 10 business days
Canada destinations:
Shipped via Xpresspost - arrive in 1 to 3 business days
Q. I'm sending the tie as a gift - could you write a personal message on my behalf?
Absolutely! Tell us your message in the order comments box at check out, and we will include an elegant card with your message hand-written in it!
Q. How do I care for Knot Theory ties?
Knot Theory ties can be hand-washed cold and laid flat to dry. Iron if needed at low heat / no steam.
Knot Theory ties are also dry-clean friendly.
Don't worry about getting your white tie dirty! Stains such as wine, coffee, lipstick, and make-up will come off a Knot Theory tie easily with soap and cold water.
Q. Do you offer custom designed ties?
Yes we do. Knot Theory designer Tanya Huang will work with you personally on the design, and your tie will be handmade by expert tailors.
